Nice work! I can see what you wanted to get across with the pipe, but I agree that it might be better if that hadn't been there. It's just a little distracting overall. Good work on the focus though!

Nice image, I would just crop the image using the pipe as a frame, this way its not somthing that got in the way, the old vaccum gauge looks vintage, clear and sharp photo

This is a neat photo, just wish the pipe was not blocking the top of the old gage!! Excellent clarity on the gage too.
