What do you like?

I agree with you, I, too, like their facial expressions and their gestures, they look very strong.

What would you improve?

I think this could be a very strong picture if you had taken it straight up from the front and the faces could be entirely seen... I understand though that that's not always possible in a show due to seating and you don't want to disturb the rest of the audience. However, this way I don't really see a message in the picture.
Another thing that kind of disturbs the picture is the upper left corner, where the scenery/background ends and you can see the empty space behind it...
