What do you like?
I like that the light isn't all over the photo, it snakes down the photo.

I would set the shutter speed to be a little longer to produce light trails, I think that would make the photo even neater.

Great shot! I like the way the road leads your eyes along the path of starburst from the lights. B&W conversion seems to be done very well also. Nice job!
