  What do you like?

  The fact that you tried and the shor is not that bad

  What would you improve?

  the shot is to some degree confusing.Silhoettes by there very nature demands that one get rid of anything that does not add to the the image.In ths instance remnants of clouds,Do they add to the shot or detract from it?
  Subjest matter?The base of this shot is black in white,Is it sharp within this gendre?
  From a compositional view........Strong..volume upper left of shot verses lower right of shot.in a word someone smudged the shot.Just an opinion though
