The most interesting part of the picture is in the top right part of the image...would of been amazing to get the reflection of the cooling towers (I wonder if going backwards could have pulled them into the reflection)..Some foreground interest would of been great too..perhaps some old steel work or tyre or something (if need be grab something that is hanging around and stick into shot)...don't get me wrong a very good picture just ideas to improve...

I would cut off the grass below, it's a bit distracting. Or you can show the grass but a bit more. Now i feel like there's not enough grass.

As noted below... the grass in the lower right corner is a bit distracting... you could probably crop that :) Only other comment: composition wise, it's usually more appealing to put the horizon line a third of the way up or down, rather than right in the middle. Just a thought!

Maybe crop out the individual blades of grass at the bottom right had corner of the picture. Will give it more of a feel like you are out on the water.
