What do you like?
Very nice love the flow of the lines and the 2 people so far away. Gives that feeling of How miner we all are in this world compared to the larger scheme of things.
30 June 2012What would you improve?
I would just darken it up a tad.

Nothing really, maybe an adjustment in the clouds to provide a more dramatic feel.

What do you like?
Love the lines on the sand and the general sense of space
28 May 2012What would you improve?
Would of been good to edit the sky to show a real difference between the sky and the sand, some dark moody skies would of been great...

What do you like?
super approach to the image. Most of the "rules " have been taken care of
25 May 2012What would you improve?
Balance and contrast..A lower angle would have given more prominance to the shot.Just another approach to the shot.As presented though balance and contrast could do with a tweek or two.You have aleady divided the shot as per the thirds rule..........but aaaaaaaaaaaaaak the center point .that area that draws the eye into the shot(human element)is out of balance. As far as contrast goes. The sky and sand have the same tonal value.Decide on what has more importance in the final image and create some contrast.............cracker of a shot though........(potentially)

What do you like?
I think the idea is here but it needs to be tweeked.

I would shoot lower, almost laying on the ground - I think this helps for the composition.
I would put the people, if they were your friends half way into the depths of field and make them your main focus.
The natural lines in the ground would lead your eye right to your subject. I think you could get a bit more texture out of the ground as well, maybe darken the darks.
