the PITA imaging pro in me would take out the stray hairs over eye and nose, and would tweak levels on the eye to make it brighter and take out some of the redness.

I like the angle. It's good! It's like she's about to leave but is giving that look like she wants you to follow.

The over all feel is great and it's a very nice shot. I like the softness in the skin and the lighting. Good pose.

I really don't mind the strands of hair on the face, I think it gives a clue to the environment (slight breeze, cool) and creates a candid feel. I would crop slightly more from the top, as there is just a hint of the hair line beginning, that is what I find distracting.
Also - you have drawn focus to the eyes - I'd do some post work to eliminate the little red veins that are visible. Don't get them too white, just some spot brushing in that area. -

Well, i like the angle you've choosen, the eye contact is there. I'm also liking the crop of this shot.

The background is a little distracting for me, because the lines there are not perfectly vertical. Maybe just a colored background would work better? The hair on the left has a blue touch i think. And mabye the few hairs running along the nose and eye is a bit distracting. But if there was wind, that's hard to controle. Good portrait.
zamilphotosthanks for all the great feedback @PASM111 @wbadecs I will be sure to implement the suggestions.. it's probably not a good idea to shoot a model right after her midnight shift at a bar. Those blood shot eyes is a real indicator of booze fatigue. :)
