Outline
What do you like?
strong use of subtle colors with a simple image, well done!
What would you improve?
probably no changes, but might try to soften the white streak in far right

What do you like?
The focus is amazing along with the creamy background.
The details on such a tiny object is marvelousWhat would you improve?
The background would look even better if we could at least tell what going around there.

i missed this photo at first. its great! colours are cool and i love its simplicity. most of all, i love that its an 'every day object' that you've manage to capture in new light (excuse pun haha).

but perhaps a F1.4 or 2.0 would get the two backwards pointing leaves in focus, while still keeping the background blurred. reason why i recommend this is because the grass is quite thin, and doesn't have a huge amount of contrast to the background. so more of it in focus would make it a bit easier to see.-
PASM111@kanonkop Thanks for the feedback. Ill try adjusting the f-stop a little. I am experimenting with legacy manual lenses and realize that I need to take a few shot with differing aperture to get the right one. I really like working with the manual lenses, and when I put the auto lenses back on I almost forget how to use them!

I really like this. The colors in the background are super pretty. But there seems to be noise/artifacts! Smoothing that over would be nice. The only other thing is there seems to be a small, faint grey line next to the stem, and I'm not really sure what it is, but it's slightly distracting.

What would you improve?
welli think i had shot also a bit of the grass too
PASM111@Flipper LOL! The back ground is overgrown grass, a cinder block wall, a utility box and a tiny bit of flare! That is where the blue/purple comes from. Trust me, looks much better this way!
