I would change the exposure to the lowest Fstop the lense will allow, this would single out a single item in the scene while still telling the story. My opinion.

What do you like?

nice theme ,i ilke the sence of movement in this image ,ilike the black and white,the object above a bit distracting i think its better cropping that but it should be difficult ,,but i like the image from sport ,,-good t ,

What would you improve?

i think its much of black ,in that object ,i wouod crop it ,its an opinnion
