What do you like?
The framing is great here - choosing to only show half of each of the faces sets them as equals, yet we still get the concept of big sister with the way the younger sister is being held.

This is my personal opinion - others might not agree - but I think you can improve the crop. I would either include the older sister's other eye or crop out her head entirely only leaving the younger sister and the older sister's arms wrapped around her. :)
