Both of these photos are gorgeous - I'm especially drawn to the second on you have post here, the one in colour. Don't really have anything to add, or improve, just thought I'd let you know these are stunning.

I don't like that we can see half of her right eye. I would prefer it to be covered completely with her hair.

nicely done I like it in B&W good position the her head and how her hair almost covers the one eye.

Way better picture than the other one --> The eyes are clearly in focus and the look is brilliant. Very good light set-op nice highlights and shadows here. B/W conversation is is very subtle and I like that in this picture. Framing is much better here.
