Very nice timing in catching the dogs expression. I can't help but smile when I look at it.

I agree with Ernstjanvandam about the flash. Also, I would suggest possibly a tighter crop on the sides, since it's cut so close to the top of the dogs head. The empty space is a bit distracting to me with such a close up of the dog.

1/60 isn't a high shutter speed. The flash freezes the photo. I think the cameraflash destroys a picture like this. I do like the moment though
