    Interesting subject matter, and a great moment captured.

    What would you improve?

    The problem is that its captured from such an outside perspective. The sign in the foreground is distracting and takes away from what is happening behind it. I know it is pouring out there, but sometimes getting the shot means getting your feet, and perhaps other parts of your body, wet. Wrap your camera in a plastic bag, and get closer. Let me see the look on the guy with stilts face. Let me connect with the subject of the photo. Right now, there is a huge disconnect between the subject and the viewer. Although it is a great moment, you need to get into the moment, instead of watching it from afar.
