  Nice shot I always like the desert.

  What would you improve?

  I have to agree with Kanonkop crop the bag out. and some of the sky, and add more contrast. A polarized filter may have brought out more blue in the sky.

  so where is this? any background to the pic?
  
  I personally would have cropped out the bags on the left, they don't really look part of the pic. would also have included less sky as its takes up half the pic, but doesn't really have any interesting colours or clouds. composition wise, you'll find that the horison on one of the thirds is stronger. also the horison looks scew..
