    thanks for the comments guys.

    exposure was tricky, it was a midday shot, hence the harsh light and almost washed out colours. i could maybe up the black point a bit but if i increase the contrast anymore i'm going to start burning out the highlights. i'll fiddle with the luminosty just now and see if that can tone down the brightness

    yip, the border is touch and go, its a standard border i apply to all my pics, so some it works better and others not.. :)

    I Really Like It. The Colors Are Great And The Plant Is eally Cool But I Would Just Say The Only Flaw In This Photo is The Border. Other Then Tat I Love It!

    Bret, this is a nice photo but it looks a bit washed out. The angle and clarity is good, but not sure of the overexposer.

    Lovely composition, interesting flower and great DOF. I think maybe it is a little over exposed, maybe a littlee more contrast will help.
