What would you improve?
I suggest cropping in from our left, bringing our left edge of frame right up to the edge of the post. This will prevent the viewer's eye from darting out of screen to uur left and give even more emphasis to the light.

Lovely lighting in foreground, direction of subject makes me want to look further into the frame
What would you improve?
I think there's a person in the background who is looking at the main person in the shot, but there are too shadowy to catch my attention - if they were appropriately lit then this image would have had a captivating double punchline.
