I cant think of anything right now but if you want something to improve on look at the photo really hard and see if you can get anything out of that.

@luc ; I took this before I got my dslr. It was taken with just a cheap regular point and shoot camera.

by CraigHarris 17 FebruaryIt appears the exposure has been metered from the brightness of the catchlight leaving remainder of picture a bit too dark with a lack of detail in the shadows. Adding more light should also help you achieve higher sharpness in the eye.

I would have loved to see this tack-sharp! The iris (see my profile picture) contains so much wonderful detail. If you would be able to capture this it would be very intriguing indeed.
