  Very nice colours, the silhouette of building is sharp.
  
  I agree with dandoval's comments.
  
  If this is a crop then I suggest you rotate the image to get the building level, but if this is whole picture then you don't have enough of the tree line to do that, but maybe you could get away with skewing it so the building becomes vertical.

  Cool shot, and great colors in this shot. Well composed.

  What would you improve?

  Well, first, and just because it's for the contest, this photo has a human element in it, and I think that that makes it not valid for the requirements of the contest.
  
  Second, and now about the shot itself, it might be a little hard to do, but I would consider shooting it in such a way where you can get the structure to stand straight, instead of being slightly tilted inward.
