I enjoy this picture and the way the water seems to move wile the birds are just doing there thing.

What do you like?

Good contrast and I really love the colour. Nice study of your local wildlife.

What would you improve?

Not sure whether sharpening is what is required here or if what was really needed was a bit more DoF. A smaller aperture - say f16 - may have brought all of the birds into focus (particularly the one in the top RHS) and really emphasised the lovely contrast in this picture.
