What do you like?
The image colour is great the blue and the soil go together perfectly. Also the composition overall it looks pretty balanced with the clouds balancing out the tractor.

It's hard to say how to improve this if you shot this from a car, but assuming you could improve it then...ideally the tractor should be a touch further right and closer too. I would love to know what the guy is actually doing...

What do you like?
I love the vintage look to this image. It has a nice amount of grain to make it feel like an older 60's style photograph. It tells a story and even from the car you would never be able to tell that this was a passing by photo. It looks well thought out and composed.

Trinit@shererphoto Thank you :) and sorry if the angle isn't completely good, but i shoot in manual, so I had to change fast the aperture, iso and shutter speed values in order to take the picture, and I didn't have the time to find a better angle from the car's window :)
