As an artistic nude, the nipple actually diverts my attention rather than capturing it. Shifting the point of view slightly so the nipple is hidden, but hinted at, by the shadow, would make this amazing picture absolutely outstanding.

This is great. B&W works perfectly and the large space on the right really ensures you keep your eye on the body. I also read somewhere once that if your subject was on the far right of a frame then the eye tends to linger longer so perfect composition! The lighting and shadows are just perfect.
