I actually strongly disagree with mblum, I really really like the bright colours and the light that has almost washed out your back ground (although the bottom left corner might actually be completely blown out...). Your sister is still well lit and I think the light works really well in complimenting the bright red and the idea of keeping things light and airy for a wedding.

I'd be interested to see this in a square crop so you see more of the girl. Right now, to my eyes, the picture seems unbalanced. I love the space you've left at the top so we understand the dresses are hanging in a window (with the exception you've cut off the tiniest bit of the clothes hanger, I wish there was 2 mm more space on the left there...) I think if you brought the crop down (if you can) to just above or below her elbows the picture would look better balanced. Your sister is very pretty.

Alexandre,,I really like the portrait ,the only thing i see this need a bit of job( thas all) ,the rmodel is nice ,the dress really would be good a bit more clear ,but a portrait needs always to be balanced its nice portrait ,some eelments of the composition needs to be fixed a bit ,,and all should be work,

i like the color red of the dress here , the image is too light at the background, the dressess seem blurry,as a portrait ,.the light should cometo the model here ,and the background being dark ,it would work better here ,,,portrait is a combination of the light ,position of the model, angle ,and focus ,all must be balanced ,, ,

abigailbuchta@AlexandraLauren Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately this is the full image - uncropped. I probably should have taken a step back when I took it.
13 July 2012@mblum4 Thank you as well! Maybe I'll give the editing another shot based on your comments.
