What do you like?
Nothing ever to say against that classic Rembrandt lighting: beautifully executed!

As a big fan of radical cropping I would never say that it must be improved - but maybe it can: Not knowing what you have cropped away...

I love the light in this photo. I'm a fan of this type of lighting.

The skin retouching seems a tad bit uneven. I'd also use a reflector on camera right to open the shadows a tad bit.

What do you like?
I like the expression on the models' face and the use of colours. I also love the way my attention is drawn to the eyes.

This is just me, but I would've illuminated the dark side a bit by using a reflector or another softbox.
I would also retouch the skin differently, I would've leave some texture in the skin, remove the reds and fade the nech lines just a but more.
If you want some pointers on how to retouch skin you could always try Sean Armenta's videos on Vimeo ;) -

Beautiful lighting - I love the rich colours you've captured in her skin tone and in the reds, and bronzes of her hair and earrings.

While I love the lighting, to my eyes, it feels a tiny bit to harsh. On your models right side (left side in the picture) you've almost completely lost the shadow that defines her cheek bone. Next time I shot this image I might also ask the model to take a tiny step foreword from where she stands now so the triangle of light on her left cheek is slightly smaller while still lighting up both eyes perfectly. Great capture - I love portraits like this!

I might add about 1/3 stop on the model's left side, not sure. Looks good. though!
