This interests me very well, but work on it before calling it great. You'll have to at least crop out the window; even if you were going for an empty, small feel for the person seeing the photo. If you weren't going for that, crop it closer for some great detailing contrasty shots.

Good choice to go black and white on this one.

i do not know what is on the picture. Try going lower and focus on the main subject, tiles on the back and window is distracting, cable on the right too. Why you shoot 1/3 s with ISO 200? Bust that ISO a little bit so you can get a little bit faster shutter.
