I quite like the dark cirkles under the eyes. It tells a story.

The knee looks a bit weird. The colors are a little too purple so try to fix the white balace.

What do you like?
This appears to be a beautiful girl. The setting, and composition are well done. I like the subject in the middle, with interest in the lower portion of the image (pose).

There are dark circles under the eyes, and while there may be a story in that, it is unattractive in the photo. I would have performed the following: soften the skin (reduced clarity/sharpness), softened the dark areas under the eyes and taken the red veins out of the eyes (using the adjustment brush), lastly, if possible, light.
