I like the close up and intimate crop of this man. on the processing side, the yellow tone in the sepia is a bit to strong for my liking. See if a tones down version of it would do it any justice..

I absolutely love this image ,in sepia color ,as I ever visited asilo de ancianos in my born country with a friend who was a medical doctor in Rio Cuarto,Cordoba Argentina ,in a plann for charity ,,its a good composition and capture ,,Ilove the expression of this humble man ,nice portrait

i think you should put focus in all the figure ,too and avoid an overexposed image ,what happens that you maybe too centrated in focus ,the figure of this i man seem a bit big ,it would never happen if you keep the distance from your camera to the subject ,an advise for next time ,its my idea ,but i love this image ,,
