What do you like?
I really like how even though you shot this with a 16 f-stop the background is still quite blurred (with out completely losing the detail in the environment) and the falcon still jumps out of the image.

I wish there was a little more space around the bird so that the tips of his wings weren't cut off and so he had some "space to move into". I might also try in photoshop blurring the background a little bit more, not so you completely lose the shape of the back ground tree, but to bring out the bird slightly more. Birds are so horizontal(especially when they are flying straight at you like this) I find it hard to catch them in an interesting composition - I think you've done a really good job of it though! Nice capture.
