What do you like?
The placing of the model in the frame; the line of his arm; the way he is looking out of the frame (if he looked into the camera it would just be a snap); the flash of sunlight on his sunglasses; his red scarf; the people in the background are also interesting and with just the right amount of out of focus.

The logo is too obtrusive. Just to be picky, it would be nice if his forehead wasn't burnt out - but I appreciate that there's probably nothing you could do about that.

i think i would have told him to look at my camera ,it would not loose the details in this portrait ,I love the orange details in the cloth ,nice image ,also i would take off the watermarck ,,try to do some small watermark in the bottom
