What do you like?
The artificial lighting (slave flash?) balanced with the ambient light adds a slighly out of worldly feel; the effort/near exhaustion showing on the riders faces; the use of panning to sharpen the rider but motion blur the background.

Very diffcult to improve - to be extremely pernicketty the only thing I can think of would be to include the front edge of the shadow of the wheel?

I love the way the background is moving and not the cyclist. Well done. The flash adds to the atmosphere.

Maybe the flash is just a little bit too much. But I'm not sure, because it creates the nice contrast.
Ernstjanvandam@otinkyad thanks! Used 2 flashes controlled by pocketwizards. It's not a crop so i can't show more of the wheel. Should have been cool;)
