I find myself wondering what the story is behind the image, is the girl playing a game, or has something caught her attention and she has that child like curiosity. I like that

I think the image could be improved by straightening the image, the doors to the left and the well look uneven (tipping to the left). I also find my eye being drawn to the doors as they are quite contrasty compared to the image. Maybe cropping out the doors will solve this. Plus it will draw the subject more to left and less central. But that aside lovely image
