Pretty busy "much to see " shot, love the soft colours,well noticed :)

I would have liked to see the wheelbarrow a bit more to the left in order to "balance" the shot a bit and crop that bit off "je ne sais quoi" out off the shot onto the left

The variety of items on show; the texture of the wall; the fresh green against the warm, muted colours of the wall. Good observation.

Difficult to improve, but it would probably be a bit sharper taken at a smaller aperture and slower speed, say 1/100 sec at f/4 (that's roughly the same exposure by my arithmetic). Probably outside the photographer's control, but the composition might be slightly better balanced if the wheelbarrow were moved a little to the left - but that's being very picky.
