Depends on what the intention of the photographer is. If it is a shot of a skateboarder, then the background is too cluttered by the people hanging around in the background. However if the intention is to convey a sense of the place (where there happens to be a boarder present) then I think it would work better if the people hanging around were sharp. I guess what I'm saying is either the boarder should be sharp & the people in the background out of focus, or the boarder motion blurred and the people in the background sharp
I also don't like the pink tinge - but that's a matter of my personal taste. -
