I really like the clarity of the picture: It's sharp, vibrant etc.

I would maybe adjust my point of view a little so to leave out the light posts on the left side and maybe wait for the dog walkers to pass by - if you are willing to take the extra mile: Why not take this picture while standing in the creek and offering your viewers a completely new perspective? Just my two...
