What do you like?
I like the novel take here of focussing mainly on the street sign, but having enough depth of field to have the castle not too blurred; the castle and the sign well balanced in the frame; good exposure with clouds not burnt out.

IMHO, Paint would not be the right tool to remove the red bit etc at the bottom, the clone tool would be better, or cut and paste a suitable patch from nearby on top.

i think you can paint the right ,this arm and red here ,i use to do this to hide things that distract the eyes of the observer , avoiding to crop it .,but i love the image ,nice
