I like the colour created here, almost looks like it is drawn in yellow ink. Creates a real old time feel to it. I like how the model is also wearing socks and trainers and is not completely naked. It gives him a purpose and helps him fit in with the background. What I mean is, had he been bare foot he would not have stood out from nature, he would have blended. Seeing as there are signs of human presence in the background, (in the buildings and power lines,) it fits that he should not be completely at one with nature. It's great that you have somebody willing to do this for you.
What would you improve?
My only suggestion would be to put a vignette on, for some frreason I think it would suit it.

This sounds likee a creative process. It does have a neat warm tone to the image. It looks like this would be a great place to view the the world around you. I like how the process hold a very fine line between being in full focus and allowing to much detail. Works well for your chosen subjuct. The socks and shoes are a fun addition that make this believable. Godd use of shadows to keep the image in good taste. Well done. Looks like a good book cove image, because there has to be a story behind this guy standing up there looking over this great veiw while naked. Well done!

First I would remove the heavty black power line. It run through the image but is not supported within the image. The other power lines are supported by the power poles on the right side of the image. They are also far enough into the depth of the picture to become part of the view without being a distraction.
