Hi @PhotoHorse, This is A Powerfull Image Indeed, Full of Movement, Details, Colours, I Like It
Althougt I would make some Changes in HereWhat would you improve?
In The Time of the Shoot I Think The Shutter speed could be Higher, To Stop the motion and be more detailed and Focused
I Agree with @Keith, This is over saturated, yheap, The floor has purple, Magenta Tones and the blues are overwhelming in the people, it really attracts and distract the eye for different directions
I Think that's All
Best Regards

Agree with Lorena, a B+W with a warming filter (digitally) applied, say an 85 (warm orange) would work nicely.

Right now I think the colours are over saturated especially in the magenta and the blue gamuts .
Very good documentary photo though. Hard enough getting a sharp image when you're dodging rubber bullets and tear gas canisters.
Well done. -

What do you like?
This is definitely a powerful image, and not the kind of photo we´re used to see or, even more, photograph. I´m guessing it was not a nice moment, and I can understand it all from the image. It tells(shows) the story very well.
What would you improve?
It´s hard to try to improve an image like this, it´s the kind of photo you would not want to touch at all... I´d probably make it black and white for more impact(that´s how they tend to be). Thank you for sharing it with us!
