I think the camera setting were perfect for what you were trying to accomplish. I like the pose on the first two posted, the other one not so much. The background on the second hi lights the subject nicely.
To me and my tastes, the two things that would have taken these shots to the next level would be expression and lighting. Her expression seems angry to me. If that was the purpose, then OK. The light is just plain flat and uninteresting on the subject. A reflector or off camera flash could have really taken these to the next level.
And here is an even higher shot but unfortunately a different angle and orientation.
Here is a revision, slightly higher and less noise in the background. I will also see if I can upload an even higher one.
Nice light on the girl and I like the girls pose but the tree is rather dominant in the bg and quite distracting. I think I would prefer this shot if you hadn't been so low when you took it and think looking down slightly on her would have been far better.Helpful 1 8 March 2016
