What do you like?
Good strong leading lines created by the Teal fence (really like that colour) and the road and the yellow lines on the road. All these elements work together very well. The lighting, although harsh, helped make a strong shadow on the fence and defined the textures of the vertical boards which could have very easily have been lost had the light source been higher causing the fence to be featureless with minimal shadows.
What would you improve?
I find, and this is only my opinion which counts for nothing really, is that there is too much head room above your main subject. She gets lost in the photo because of it. Consider playing with a cropped version of this image by cropping down from the top to just a tiny bit above the fence in the top left hand corner of the frame. This will make the fence more prominent and the leading line starting right in that top left corner. Much more impact. Doing this will also help by making your jogger a more dominant subject because she is no longer lost in the tall buildings and sky which aren't a necessary set of elements to convey your story.
Good image and I hope to see more. -

squiggles@Keith Haha, I like that colour too, I kinda tried to emulate William Eggleston's teal color that he uses so much. You are also completely right about the cropping, it's rather sloppily done, and your advice are really solid! Thank you!!
