What do you like?
The subject, the background, well focused, well lit
What would you improve?
the picture doesn't have a central focus. An angle from above might have been better or cropping the picture so only the front flower and the flower to the side of it were showing.

What do you like?
Great focus on the bee and lovely big, colourful flowers. A well chosen moment!
What would you improve?
It might have been intriguing to shoot from more directly above. More of an alternative than a 'better' way.

Hi Kelsey. I don't think it's your camera, I think it's you!. Very nice macro with good focus and background blur.
What would you improve?
Like Linda, I would crop but in a different way. I would try to square-up the picture from the bottom left to put the bee at the 1/3 bottom and left line intersection so the bee is in a sweet spot. By cropping to a square, it would create a diagonal from bee to back flower.
I agree with Linda that the second flower is at least a slight distraction. Because your main flower is so well defined, you could select it, reverse the selection and blur the background a little bit more which would leave the color space but eliminate some of the second flower detain.
Unfortunately, I have not actually done the cropping so I am just guesstimating by eye.
Very good camera work.

What do you like?
Nice color and focus on the bee and the center of the flower.
What would you improve?
I might have tried cropping a bit off from the top to bring even more attention to the subject, as my eyes keep wondering to all of the different flowers.
khray@jvittek thank you so much for the advice and compliments. I will be honest I do not know a thing about photography/ it's rules but I really enjoy it as it satisfies my creative side since I don't have time to draw or paint anymore. I just want to show everyone the things I capture and see what they can teach me.
