I would love to see this with a tighter crop and colour. I imagine reds and oranges and yellows mixed with the dark tones of the factory...hellish indeed. Great picture too as it is (maybe a tighter crop). I need to play more with my ND filters.

I like the long exposure - i think it was a good choice. The sharpness/ crispness of the clouds like @asmithphoto doesn't bother me.

I do find the factory(?) just a bit too small in the frame. Perhaps a portrait crop so we can still see the sky and cut out a bit of the water.. -

I like this shot. The blurred sky does not bother me. Would love to see a version with the sky (clouds) above burned in a bit to emphasize the pollution in the middle.

The long exposure does very well on the water, but it makes the clouds a bit unsharp. Maybe you can combine two photos? Long exposure on the water and a normal exposure of the sky?
