Hi Lucrezia ~24 September 2011
I registered on the site specifically to comment on this image, and I hope my comments will be well taken.
I find the bright spot of light between the legs to be extremely distracting, and would like to see that toned down significantly, but not completely removed. After that distraction is gone, it becomes more apparent that the basic 'bones' supporting this image are somewhat bland & can be spiced up with a more divergent gradient from dark to light across the image.
Then, what I see as the real focus of this image becomes obvious, and with that its essential flaw: the lower right region of the image, and the lack of some element to clinch it.
I don't mind so much that the hand is not visible, but what if the sweater were uncuffed and left to dangle off her hand, suggesting a scenario following a spontaneous intimate encounter, where she is wearing her partner's sweater because a sudden chill in the air. Or perhaps, just her fingers showing from the sweater, and from them a pendant dangling on a chain, suggesting more of a feeling of yearning, anticipation, or desire. Or, maybe holding a piece of driftwood ... etc.
The image as you've presented it is 'nice', but nothing special. I think you've missed an opportunity to move this image beyond the realm of yet another gratuitous ass shot, and into the realm of story telling and true erotica, where the bare ass becomes an essential element in a more meaningful story.
gently light... nice feeling.. :-)27 December 2010
lighting and shading should be more dramatic8 December 2010
Lighting looks good. Think it could benefit from zooming out a little to see more of a story in the shot, the shot lacks emotionthrough the current framing.3 December 2010
I don't understand the title. Is there some sort of word play or something?3 December 2010
For the photo, well... it's an ass, ok.
We don't know if it's a baby's, a man's or a woman's, it's just a plain, grey, ass.
Not very interesting for me.
Even the light is "fadasse" (a French word play then, "fadasse" being "dull").
Sorry to be -myself also- such a one too.... ;)
