i don't think its a bad pic. but maybe that large rock on the bottom right, in the foreground is a bit to dominant in the screen. its almost obstructing the waterfall a bit. perhaps taking the pic from ontop of that rock would be cool..

Maybe you could have kept some more of the upper trees, even if it meant to cut out some of the bottom rocks (still keeping some of them in the frame of course), to give some more depth of field.

But I don't really agree about the fact you find it good as processing is concerned, sorry.
I mean that there's a rather heavy "greyish" overall tone on this. Especially on the upper part of the frame, where the rocks have —because of this— a not natural tint to me.
You should play a little better on the contrast cursors to regain some dynamic on the overall image.
Besides of this, it's an allright shot, and a surely nice place to shoot! :)
