I am getting photoshop very soon, im considering getting lightroom 4, which edition would you suggest?

I've found the the Clarity setting and the Noise Reduction work well together in LR to produce sharpening, though certainly not as well as PS can. d:¬{D

i use LR combined with photoshop and find it a great combo. but if i had to choose only one, it would def be LR. lightroom is way more streamlined, less complicated and includes photo managment. only thing i don't like about LR, is the sharpening. i find all it does is add noise. hence why i use PS incombination.

Would love to have LR4, but my current machine runs XP and is not compatible. So, I will continue with LR3.6, which has become central to my post-processing paradigm.
